In March 2021, the Water Security and Climate Change (WSCC) conference was held over four consecutive days. Originally convened by the Vietnam Academy for Water Resources (VAWR) in Hanoi, the conference was redesigned as a hybrid event. 

With the help of the all-in-one platform Let’s Get Digital, a location-independent environment for exchange and networking was created for the participants. In Vietnam, some of the speakers came together under the applicable hygiene standards to participate in the event. Many parallel sessions, networking formats, round tables and an extensive poster session rounded off the virtual program. 

Not only did con gressa develop a new digital strategy for the event, but we also were responsible for the complete event management and technical support.
