con gressa was founded in 2001 as an agency for science communication and event planning. We specialize in strategic communication, event management and conference organization. Our clients are research organizations, universities as well as public institutions and foundations. All three directors feel strongly connected to science, having spent an important time of their careers in academia. What makes con gressa unique is that all employees share basic knowledge of how science works and how academic institutions function. This helps us understand our clients and it creates a strong identification with our projects.

At con gressa we work to stay current with the most recent event formats, communication tools and overall trends in science communication. We actively share knowledge within the agency and regularly participate in science communication-related training, conferences and seminars. 

Our core team currently consists of 22 employees. In addition, we regularly work with several skilled freelancers to help with large scale jobs or specialized assignments.
